The light one has a nice more clear effect

I think it was done on photoshop but im not 100%
I outsourced it to a guy in the Phillipines, he sent this of a sample of what he can do, now im trying to work out if im gonna pay him to do all my pics or not

Martina that is amazing. I'm trying to duplicate it here and I'm not even getting close. If you send me the original TIFF or JPEG file I will give it a try. He has done something to your skin which I would really like to figure out. Anyway the only fault is that the skin tones are not right. It has a strong yellow cast to it. Here's my attempt - I calibrated the monitor last week so it should be pretty accurate.
BTW was this batch processing or done by hand ??? |

I can believe the "by hand" part...
or maybe that isn't what you meant. 
Either way, the after is a clearer image, but the before has an interesting mood.
And marcus, you did a nice job, too!
