I am sorry.. It is not what you think
The secret is that Martina is way more famous then she pretends.
She does everything to let people think she is a normal girl.
She is not.
To fool people:
Famous people take a small dog ..Martina takes a big one
Famous people take a nice cat... ..Martina takes a not so nice cat
Famous people get up late ..oh well Martina does 
Famous people do have a PA 
But the evidence is here:
Martina can go only to parties when at least 4 bodyguards protect her.
It is almost impossible to take a pic of Martina, you do risk some severe beatings, but some paparazzi succeeded. The Pet Times proudly published it
Be aware of the bald one ...
