				| "A whiter shade of pale" is the title of an evergreen popsong, rather old, from Procol Harum. I never knew what it meant, my English teacher neither knew.
 Maybe it was poetry.

I think I solved the riddle by now.
Have a look at the pic below

If Martina is in the pictures every other creature looks paler then pale, even if they are pets
 ..except Charlie that is

 Martina
I hope you like it and whatever happens all your duckies love you !!

				| Thanks Bennie. Yes Martina makes everybody and everything else pale into insignificance
For those who don't know the song:

 We skipped the light fandango
 turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
 I was feeling kinda seasick
but the crowd called out for more
 The room was humming harder
 as the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
 the waiter brought a tray

And so it was that later
as the miller told his tale
that her face, at first just ghostly,
turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, 'There is no reason
and the truth is plain to see.'
But I wandered through my playing cards
and would not let her be
 one of sixteen vestal virgins
who were leaving for the coast
and although my eyes were open
they might have just as well've been closed

There are also 2 unpublished verses here

IMHO the secret to writing a pop song is to make it so obscure that people will read whatever they want into it, or even assume that because it's so hard to understand it must be poetry

 Here's a clip on YouTube

And Martina whatever is happening with Sadie we all love you and we're all here if you want to talk.

This message is just to let you know we did not forget about you.
If I don't make a message you might think so perhaps.

On the other hand if I write a message without you have written anything you might not like it, I don't know.

I just hope everything is ok with you.

Kind regards and a cuddle to Charlie !!

It made me happy to read ur comment
We will not forget you how could we ?
I am glad you liked the photoshop I made for you (I finally lost the ridlle) and above all .... that you are ok.

Martina, do you like this kind of music? Marcus provided a very nice youtube-link in his post in this topic (their song Homburg/Salty dog are also very nice). Maybe the music is from an too old era where you have no memories off.
 There was no hiphop then...hmm.

Martina I do wish you a very good sunday.
 Take good care !
And I do hope that when you find or have the time that you chat again sometime with us !

Marcus, thx for your nice reply too

				| That's weird. I just heard the Annie Lennox version of Whiter Shade of Pale recently.
And I remember butchering this song many a time during organ lessons when I was still little

Awww, that's very sweet of you, Martina!

And while we're discussing song lyrics, I think Nat King Cole said it best:

 "That's why, darling, it's incredible
 That someone so unforgettable
Thinks that I am unforgettable too"
