1-He says "Its time for your injection" but not holding any serringes.
2-When you ask him " So how much experience do you have in this field?" he replies "Let me show you."
3-He asks you "Why wasn't I informed you wanted a boob job?"
4-Grabs your tits to test your pulse
5-Tests your reflexes by how quick you get an orgasm
6-Asks you to take of your clothes for this part of the exam while he attends to some buisness and comes back and says to put this nurse uniform on
7-Asks you and his nurse if your interested in a threesome
