a benificiary was talking to the head doctor of a hospital and they passed a room where a man was openly masterbating to hardcore porn in his room. the benificiary looked at the docter about to scold him, but before she could the doctor replied" i know what your going to say but before you say it let me tell you that the man has a ver rare disorder where his testicles will rapidly fill up with semen and if he doesnt masterbate at least 5 times a day hess balls will be so full it will cause him alot of pain and suffering the benificiary was shocked and felt bad for the man and they continued walking and passed another room where a patient was recieving oral sex from a female nurse. again the docoer said"this man has the same condition" the benificiary goes so why is he getting oral sex" the docter sighed and said"he has better healthcare"
