I've had two accounts for this site since one of my credit cards got declined and i was forced to cancle the account, which i had around a week and a half of time on it. On this account, I have two weeks of time and I was wondering if that would make me a loyal member or not?

Please email us at the support email address listed in our website.
If you had to renew or change credit card within a month's time, we can adjust your Loyal Status for this.
We just need to know your previous membership information and then your current one. We'll determine if you qualify for loyal status or not.
