I am so, so terribly sorry for everything I have said to you. When I heard that you'd died I... I broke inside. All I could think about was the things I'd said and how much I regretted saying them. I never meant to anger you, or hurt you in any way. I was stupid, rash and many other things. All I wanted was a chance to tell you how sorry I am.

Then, when I heard you were still alive, I was so happy. I cried.

Imagine me on my knees, because if I was before you, that's where I'd be, begging for your forgiveness, even though I know I don't deserve it, nor do I expect it. All I ask is that you acknowledge how sorry I am for all I have said to you and that one day we can call each other friend once more.

I'm glad you could do something like that Shiv....to seek forgiveness is one of the most open things a person can do....it lets others see how you really are and let them know your true feelings....You seem to also understand that the first thing you must do when seeking forgiveness is looking inward to look for it from yourself...
